Tribute to healthcare workers

West Pender Place Vancouver

A special program for an existing artwork on a residential building in Vancouver on West Pender Street 1499. Every evening at 19:00 hours citizens stand on their balconies to clap and make noise for the healthcare workers. At this exact time a program is activated on the shorter East tower. The program lasts 3 minutes. At 22:00 part of the program ‘the heartbeat’ returns for 1 minute.
